Waking up this morning, one of the first thoughts I had in my head was the experience I had yesterday, I did not know who to reach out to say thank you for the good time, so all I did was to reach out to the facebook page of FLYAERO and clicked the like button...Let me give you this particular gist..Travelling by air is one of the things i grew to love..i mean...was scary at first but..you know I believe in when you pray leave the rest to God and the pilot...now my best part is the Take off and Landing..whoop whooop..so. for Local flights basically am a fan of Arik..and they do well and are very professional..suddenly I just made the switch to Aero then noticed something different..that made me WANT MORE. In the last year..been on the road also in the air to Enugu, Portharcourt, Aba,Owerri,Uyo, Delta, Edo and Lagos Nigeria obviously but my trip to Owerri yesterday was so much fun. I am not sure if this is common with the air service at Aero because some other passengers may have other opinion about the service at Aero generally..yh soo back to my experience..Amazing..for me to remember and pick the name of one of the crew members..yh Dapo, then I guess Caroline or Catharine..then Captain Gothing or something sha..
From the Take off..before then we heard the air flight announcements...this lady was soo humorous..the crew..all smiling...yh that's what they are paid to do but..oh my..i have no regrets..for me I like the update..you know sometimes you hear' oh put the seat belts prepare for landing etc' yh..the fun part for this particular trip is where the pilot made two announcements telling us to look far North and we saw other planes in the air, One from Arik the other another Aero flight. Wow..it was not just about seeing the plane..the way the pilot said it, you could tell in his voice he was proud of his Job..also there was a time he announced ' a turbulence' now this was very scary..but this captain made it look like it was normal and we would go through safely, it was graceful. So for me..i just felt like a KING. Yeah I have had terrible customer service experiences..this last week at the cinema..let me not mention that..for me I have an eye to serve and to be served..I think businesses would be more profitable if we treat the customer Right and treating your staff right too..one last thing..this Captain Guy actually came to bid the passenger bye. You see, after a point in the life span of a business it just looks like everything is going well..and people ,I mean business owners just forget to put that extra touch to make the customer feel loyal and wanting more ... you know it takes an extra to be extraordinary. I am not a sex consultant or sexuality coach like my Uncle Mr Praise Fowowe, so you would not get the best from me from the topic above..but a follow up from my last post on my new Crush called 'Aerolina', many folks will think I just got stuck on Aero Flights. Well on my way back to Lagos from Owerri today, I went for a little adventure..hehehehehe..all this just sounds like way back primary school ' How did you spend your last holiday?'...before I tell you my experience with my new found love Arikakuna..hmmm..i hope this does not stand against me in the future..Because I might just be working with any of these two great companies..am just a customer today and speak for the now. Well I thought this will really go well like some Indian love movie. You know tell the chic you will meet her at 9am and in an hour we will be together in the air, sing dance and just have great memories..but no way..woke up feeling uncomfy...yh prayed but was still feeling heavy..so I saw a red blink on my phone ' Alas was a message..' we regret to announce a reschedule.. GBAM..all the plans I had...hian..thats why I paid for morning flight o. Well they said unforeseen circumstance but Thank God no loss of life. So from 8am-1:35pm I was waiting for Arikakuna to make herself available for our love adventure. That time I had, listened to some great songs and message, Mali Music, Anita Wilson and TD Jakes...good enough they had sockets..to charge my phones and iPad. Wait, FAAN wait I remember using the rest room an there was no water to wash my hands..i don't get, cos Naija is Ebola freee...not nice at all o..back to my experience. So guess what. At about past 1pm she arrived..funny enough she came at the same time with Aerolina..ok...the feeling felt odd cos here I was after praising Aerolina the other day for her good customer service but I was going to be on another flight..but it was not my fault..i wanted a morning flight and she was not flying that morning. So I had my sight on both of the aircraft and they were both beauties to behold. The Engineering and technology behind the birds were just second to none..that sight was just amazing, the sound of the engines errrhhh...Flyyyyy Wole Flyyyyy,..Yh so Cast your mind back now, some passengers have been waiting since morning..and other passengers for Aero flights for the afternoon joined in..so time for boarding came..you won't believe when we were going in 70percent went into Aero and 30percent to Arik..my jealousy was aroused I was really jealous. However my choice has been made so I must stick to it..whether Jealous or not..yh..so airborne now Captain Mohammed Ibrahim..in my mind I said Lord Jesus you are my Captain here...help Mr Ibrahim out. The Captain did well lots of turbulence ooooo..ewooo...but I tell you the love adventure was nothing to write home about with Arikakuna.. when I was with Aerolina I longed to want to stay with her again..but with Arikakuna nahh..If I could fly off the plane in the air... cool..heheh..God forbid sha..
My point; there was no connection with the crew and the passengers...it was more of getting to the destination than creating an experience for the customer..wait hope you know..love making is not just sex...its the connection..its like a guy checking up on the lady when he is at work inspite of his busy schedule..its the lady asking what he would want for dinner back, it's also the guy coming home with some flowers for his lady and a gift pack..on getting home sees what he requests..yhhhh..u get..its a connection and you know the story from there after the meals..you see..its about knowing what's in the mind of the other and doing it..wait..i remember..ok I dint tell you how well package the meal was in Aero....Like seriously i Was abit hungry but cos I really dint get an experience I could not manage to take the meal.. at Aero it's well packaged..you know in a box..like you can take it outta the plane if you want..today I just saw someone giving me a drink from a cup..oh wait I am not a beggar nahh... Like we know in Nigeria, Arik does international flights and all, I have been in one and it's cool..and I hear my sister Taiwo say probably that's their focus now..well my branding knowledge says something about sustain your brand image..that's the level.. here you try as much as possibly to stay innovative, create an experience for the customer , get them wanting more, ensure the. Standards are kept. Like Make them fall in love with you or a person..Sometimes the expansion that occurs in businesses could be an advantage or disadvantage..but you determine what side you are on.. if I speak so much about Aero and they do not sustain the good customer service culture in the future..then they should never have made efforts in the first places..so don't just start a business or an idea..sustain and evolve that business. Be the Champion by innovation.. Cos today's customer is enlightened..its more than just getting rich with the customers money. You know you can have the customers money but not the heart..again sustain that relationship..put the church member first, business partner first and you will get more than their purse..you will get good referrals, loyalty.. I think I sud take up this Brand Police Job... I will be back..Someone is watching your Brand..Get IT Right!

I think my patience level has grown this past few weeks. Minutes ago Drove a stranger- lady who was in Labor to the hospital. In my mind I was saying if this people know how bad I am with pot holes while driving... they will not let me drive a pregnant lady o. All the yells and wails I have never experienced or seen this first hand in my life. Some how I was calm.. Driving pass every bend, kerb and high way like I was a pro.. For that moment yes Ooo.. Hehe... my humorous side also kept asking too many questions to ease the tension... Oh has the water broke? is this your first time? You can make it.. Madam take am easy... The Lord is your strength.. Etc..I was not sure she was listening but I had to be bold myself.. So I kept blabbing..talking out loud to overcome the fear... Praying in tongues too.. Felt the lady's hand brush my back many times in fact at this moment if she touched my head.. I no go mind.. The pain was too much abeg.. I hail every better woman..my sisters, aunties, cousins and MUM, love you more oooo.. The experience is just amazing. While I was driving I was thinking... 'come is this a rehearsal to what is inevitably ahead of me, as per wifey thinhs.' I will so make her laugh.. Probably would get my phone out to record her yells... Hehe..while all this was happening, I appreciated this scripture more when Jesus would get calls to do stuff..and many times the Bible said, he Would leave what he is doing to go heal Jarius Daughter or some ad-hoc task. I mean this has made my purpose become clearer... Minutes before this whole adventure, I led worship with my team TWC at New Estate Baptist Surulere Lagos. ... And God Was awesomely glorified .. But this next situation that happened just minutes after, made me really see another side of God. It's not only about displaying your God given talent which people see and probably applaud you for, but there are noble, worthy actions we do, that people never see or hear about, that God counts as achieving your purpose, then you get the added applause of heaven not just only mortal men . Lastly right now after all the gbogbo e na... am feasting on some chicken lap because ah.. I was so hungry before all this happened and while driving all the hunger disappeared but when we got to the hospital felt like all the hunger that vanished ealier came back in full force.. VIRGIN VIRUS :Picking on my dad... There is a high possibility I may get away with this topic when my dad reads this post, because he is a person of few words so may not over react or maybe cause am his only son or last born, I Sha know I will get away with this safe and dry. If you don't have these factors listed above and not ready for what's coming afterwards don't try this. I think my dad triggered this write up sef unknowingly. Weeks ago we had a table chat. i'm sure he wanted to know if am living up to his name and repping, that kind of thing. My dad's social media presence is so strong. He is my friend on Facebook, and follows me on Twitter and is aware of my online activities. Sometimes he would send a message and tell me, 'I like your write up on Facebook keep it up' . Sometimes he would say 'I also saw your brand friend, Mobolaji Caxton-Martins' write up, he is very good o' . I thought that was enough You won't believe two days ago my african dad who is over 60years old, actually liked one of my VBG short videos on instagram. I was like, wow, dad on instagram? then I made up my mind to poke him and pick on him.. That's what social media is about its not a so serious place else it won't be called 'social' (I am warning you don't use this on your own African dad o, you may not get away with it Hmmm , remember @crazy clown, lol). So over the table chat, we discussed so many things, we picked up marriage and my dad says 'when I chose your mum she was a very active and bold lady' and I giggled and inside my mind I said haba her hot shape nko..were you not attracted cos of that too? ... You know sometimes elders and pastors dont like to talk about the physicals and figure 8. My dad also went further to say' who ever God gives you make sure you sell your qualities well, market yourself o, be on top of your game.' in my mind again I was like, dad is actually teaching Me to toast a lady here ooo. We went off to other things, my music, my video coming up, career. Then he dropped the jackpot.. He said oh, ' I want to give u a book to read', but he dint mention the title I noticed.. Maybe cause it was risque. title was 'like a virgin' by Richard. The only person we can associate this brand with is Richard Branson. Hmm Giving me this knowledge script was dad's big mistake. He made me know what he knows.. Cos he read the book too. All the while I read the book, I was like, ' oh my God dad made a mistake to hand me this treasure ' . The book did mess up with my mind and some conventional thinking pattern. The book fights every form of tradition, stale culture and complacency in life and the business world . Got my mind thinking not outside the box alone, but upside down and side ways..really anything is possible. Many More mistakes my dad has made before now, was taking me to a music school to learn the drums, keyboard and guitar. He is a big fan of mine today. Attends my concerts, buys my music on iTunes. So cool. Attending Kings College Lagos was another mistake, for me it was beyond the education, the memories from that great school is second to none. Another mistake he made was to suggest a second degree (Law) after my first at Covenant University. I fought back seriously cause of my music urges, I choose to use the word urges, having over 500 self composed songs, that's some massive urge. Checked some schools but dint work out. So he dint give up and advised in spite of your music dreams just do one more degree.. So i sent applications to Lbs, CU and unilag but eventually went to Unilag for my MBA. Finally, the all time mistake dad has made so far was to marry that woman I call my mother.. My mother almost sees everything spiritually before it happens, she talks to God face to face.. So to say oo.. She prays like tomorrow no dey. I mean like she's cute and hot again. Over 60 years too yet every thing is intact..you know what I mean... My dad calls her professor.. Her devotion can be like 4hours stretch.. Like what.. Seriously.. As in what kind of mistake is this nah.. Chai. These folks may not be a model family or what pertains in every home or the standard that should be.. But this sure shows that wading the impossible gives you a shot at something good in life. Amidst dad's many mistake situations he enjoys his life, he's a chartered accountant, has two sweet lovely daughter (Twins), grand kids, very supportive son in laws, (I should get a big tip Mr Fola Baba and MrMuyiwaIludiran, cos am further raising your Already high profiles ) loves to travel with his wife, all the time Chai, loves photography, loves to read. Has a big library the Bible section alone is over a 100 of different versions, plays the guitar n keyboard a bit. He loves gadgets the iPhone 6, Mac book pro, iPad, knows about Linda Ikeja blog more than I do probably. Maybe I should say I want to be like you when I grow up dad, but nahhh like he says i will be greater, I definitely chose that option.. With the opportunities provided there is more... So if my dad that brought me to existence has permitted me to be very crazy and have fun achieving my dreams,
I have no apologies for hitting the right spots and wading impossibilities. Haha.. I am sure he will tell his wife today 'did you see what your son put about me on facebook, lol that your son has contacted the Virgin Virus o'..... Lol.
